Homemade Cheesey Tomato Soup

About the Recipe

quick easy and served with a gluten free bun or crackers makes for a simple lunch or dinner.


  • 1 can stewed tomatoes

  • 2 cups Gordons goat milk

  • 1/2 cup Gordons Havarti goat cheese slice thin or cubed

  • black pepper and garlic powder 1 teaspoon each


Step 1

Place stewed tomatoes in sause pan heat to just about boiling

Step 2

Turn off heat add milk cheese and spices

Step 3

Gently stir till cheese is melted

Step 4

Serve in bowls and add some grated Goat Havarti on top
